Send enough detail to reproduce the issue.

Keyword Astro includes a diagnostics copy action in the app Shell. Include that diagnostic output when reporting app issues; it is designed to exclude secrets.

Include

  • Keyword Astro version and whether you used web preview or native app.
  • Windows version or macOS version if testing the experimental lane.
  • The workflow that failed: Explorer, batch, Projects, Store Research, exports, or shell.
  • Provider errors or the exact seed keyword only when it is safe to share.
